I just bought a new truck through the credit union using the Auto Advisors service. Matt Reitzel worked with me throughout the process.
I have bought many cars through the years and this was the most positive and painless experience I have ever had. Matt was courteous, helpful and responsive at all times. He arranged a fair price and met me at the dealership, short-circuiting what is often the most distressing part of the transaction, providing honest and frank advice at every key decision point. He even went out of his way to personally deliver a promised accessory that was not in stock at the time. I highly recommend this service and Matt in particular to any member seeking to buy a new car.

Okay, to preface it slightly… I was sandwiched in a 5 car accident 2 months ago ~ low and behold they insisted they could fix the car – an 05 Matrix. I get it back, it is running hard and it was getting the gas mileage of a 1941 Cadillac. Well, it went back to the shop and they were ‘sure’ it was within ‘normal’ range… basically, I was going nowhere fast in getting any satisfaction.
So, I spoke to Mark Hamrick – Auto Advisor! Now, I thought I had my mind made up with what I thought I was going to get… vehicle, price etc… yet, had some lingering reservations about my choice.
So, I went out to the dealer and saw a contact there via Auto Advisors. Well, you know… I got something else! Something much better! Frankly, my co-workers are getting tired of just how much I love that car! Bells and whistles galore… it’s a Honda Accord Coupe w/leather, heated seats, mirrors, Home Depot friendly (lots of trunk room) and silver – more than what I thought I was going to get – SO much more! Oh, did I leave out the part that I will never be lost again - because it has a navigation system? Did I leave out the part that I got a great deal… on my trade and on the car I bought? Did I leave out the part that I got great service?
If you are considering getting a vehicle – give Auto Advisors a try! Certainly, recommend them to your members! Mine come back – very pleased.

What a wonderfully smooth and satisfying experience! We bought a 2006 Ford F-150 STX truck. One of the great features of the sale is the posting of the vehicle's selling price and then the bottom line cost. I just had to write and tell you what a great service Jax Federal is providing with Auto Advisors. My car was recently totaled in an accident and I needed a new vehicle. I work two jobs and take care of my elderly father so I had no idea how I was going to make time to shop for a vehicle.
I spoke with Edie Long on a Thursday and was pre-approved for my loan. Edie recommended Auto Advisors and put me in touch with Allan Tyler. I spoke to Mr. Tyler Friday morning. I really wasn't sure what I was looking for, but Allan was very knowledgeable about makes and models and I gave him a general idea of what I was looking for. Allan called me back in just a few hours with vehicles to choose from. He did a fantastic job! I picked up my draft went right to the dealership, and was met by a really nice salesman, I signed the draft and drove my Chevy Malibu home! I didn't have to even ask about the price or negotiate at all. Allan had done everything for me! He negotiated a fantastic price! I know I wouldn't have been able to do as well. I can't tell you how happy I am with the whole experience.
All of our members should try Auto Advisors. I am really glad I did!

I would like to express my special appreciation to Ms. Linda Heitz of Auto Advisors Services. I began searching for a pre-owned can in January and finally found the one I wanted last week. As I’m sure you know buying a car is usually an onerous task at best. However with Linda both “running point” and pushing me forward I found it to be very painless and uncomplicated.
She searched on-line for car I wanted. When it was time for my first dealership visit she went with me and helped me look at the car options and talk with the salesperson. The next day I bought the first car we had looked at.
Linda was incredibly helpful throughout each step of the process. She was completely courteous and friendly at all times. She answered all my questions and provided information that I hadn't considered but needed. She helped me think through the details and the pros and cons of the sale. Negotiating with the dealership was not necessary because she did it (and I know I got a good price). It was very helpful to have her with me at the dealership, which I thought was above and beyond her job. There was no hassle! I very much like the Auto Advisor Service you provide.
I have already strongly recommended her to my colleagues and I believe that at least one will be calling her soon. By the way, I bought a 2004 Toyota Highlander Limited. It is a beautiful car and I am very happy!

Matt Reitzel provided me the most wonderful car buying experience ever. I contacted Auto Advisors to see what your service could provide on a Toyota Highlander. After first calling the dealership Matt felt sure I could get a good deal as this was a 2005 DEMO which they "wanted to blowout of there".
Much to my surprise, Matt was able to meet me there that afternoon and within one hour and 15 minutes time, including the test drive, struck a deal that kept me on cloud nine for days.
Matt was a real pro in customer service, knowledge, and had an obviously great business relationship with this dealership. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would seek his expertise again to handle my next vehicle purchase. Needless to say, I am a walking advertisement for Auto Advisors thanks to employees such as Matt. Bravo!

I want to thank the IBM Credit Union and especially Don McCombs for making my car buying experience one I soon won't forget. Normally, I concede the dealer is going to make some money off his car sales and all I can do is try to maximize my savings and lower his gain. I was never sure I was able to really accomplish this to the level I wanted until my last car purchase with the assistance of Don McCombs.
After spending time on the telephone discussing the car I wanted Don and I agreed to meet with a dealer. Don was able to get a price lower than any I had gotten through my efforts. He told me that price was high and that if I gave him until in the morning he would get quotes from several of his contacts and he could probably get a lower price. Well, he contacted me that afternoon with a price that was $2000.00 less than I had expected to pay. I could not believe what a great price he had negotiated for me and I wasn't even there when he did it. He is a dedicated worker and does not stop until you tell him you are satisfied with his efforts. I purchased the car over the phone and when I picked it up it had every feature I requested.
I just wanted to tell someone the difference Auto Advisors made in my car buying experience and say thanks to the IBM Credit Union for making it possible.

I was recently in the market for a new vehicle so I stopped by my Community First Credit Union and inquired into what deals were available. I soon learned this was one of the smartest things I could have done regarding making my vehicle purchase.
On top of being offered a great deal on a new vehicle by the Community First Credit Union, I was introduced to the Auto Advisors Program.
I thought about my past vehicle purchases and remembered how much I disliked all the haggling with car salesman, the feeling like I was never really getting a good deal, and I absolutely dreaded the thought of sitting in a car dealership for at least half the day.
I had already researched what vehicles were right for my family and my budget so with this in mind I walked out of the Credit Union and called the Auto Advisor Program and was immediately placed with an Auto Advisor. I told the Auto Advisor what I wanted and what I wanted my payments to be. Literally within minutes we determined which vehicle best suited my needs, roughly what my payments would be, where I could go locally to purchase my vehicle, and made arrangements to meet the very next day to shop for our new vehicle.
The day of the vehicle purchase was flawless. The Auto Advisor had already paved the way for me and my wife and had an experienced car salesman and the vehicles we wanted to try out on hand upon our arrival.
The Auto Advisor was very courteous and able to answer all my questions about the vehicles we tried out and the numerous financial questions I had as well. The Auto Advisor made sure I was getting the best deal available and made sure my payments stayed where I wanted them to be.
We test drove our vehicle, completed the paperwork, and made the purchase in about one hour. Unbelievable!
The Auto Advisor Program will be my mode of vehicle purchase from now on. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

When I came here today I was not expecting being helped with a car purchase. I generally don't like purchasing a car because I don't like the typical experience. I have been a G.T.E. Credit Union member for 25 years and have used the auto advisor service in the past. I was familiar with the concept and contacted Beth when we had our 3 final choices.
Beth arranged the appointments and walked us through the process of what to expect at each dealership. My daughter Kelli (the car was for her) was very appreciative of Beth taking the time to talk with her and was very impressed with Beth and her car "awareness".
What impressed me the most about Beth was her willingness to provide information and answer all of our questions in a prompt and professional manner.
While I have been pleased with the advisor service in the past, Beth was the first representative who seemed to take a personal interest in helping Kelli make a solid and well informed decision. I also feel very comfortable that she was able to negotiate a price for the car that I would not have been able to attain on my own.

I wanted to send a brief note to let you know how happy I was with your Auto Advisor service and to compliment one of your employees. It was the first time I've ever used your service and found that it took all of the stress out of my car buying experience.
I had 2 days to find, and purchase a car prior to boarding a plane on vacation. Why I was in this predicament is another story! I went to a dealership where I thought I could get a deal. I was so pissed by the time I left there, I thought, where else am I going to buy a car around here if all the dealerships are going to insult me this way? I just can't stand the BS song and dance that starts from the moment the salesman says, "Let me see what my manger can do". Rick, if you've ever bought a car, I think you know what I'm talking about.
I then called GTEFCU to check on interest rates, loans, etc. and was suggested to use your service by Cindy, in the loan department. Cindy was a lifesaver as well (I hope you could pass this on to her supervisor). Cindy got me in touch with Joni Hamby and the rest was like magic. Joni hooked me up with Krista where I received the best treatment, and got the most of my father's GM discount, with rebates! I just can't believe that I was able to get the vehicle I wanted, for a decent price, without all the hassles, in just 2 days! It probably would have only been one day, if I hadn't wasted time at the other dealership.
Rick, I wanted you to know that Joni helped make this all possible. She was available 24/7 with cell and work numbers. She follow-up frequently and was a major contributor to making my whole car buying experience as painless as possible. She really deserves some recognition for her hard work.
