The AutoAdvisor Car Information and Buying Program is wholly owned by AutoAdvisor Services, LLC (AutoAdvisors) of Orlando, Florida. A privately held company with 36 employees located in Florida, AutoAdvisors designed its service to cater to consumers that belong to credit unions. The service does not charge a fee to the credit union member. Credit unions that offer the AutoAdvisor Program provide a way for members to save money and make smarter vehicle purchase decisions that in turn positively affects their financial status. The service is provided through a transactional fee paid to Auto Advisors from the dealer which is NOT dependent on dealer profit.
Currently serving over 825,000 credit union members in the southeastern United States, AutoAdvisors has been successfully serving credit union members since 1981. The management team has over 80 years combined experience in both the domestic and international automotive markets. Originally created under the trade name "Priority Assist," the program enabled military credit unions to insure competitive pricing for their stateside members while at the same time help the credit union retain the car loan. Stateside residents of military credit unions, unlike their overseas counterparts, were not eligible to buy vehicles through the AAFES and NEXCOM New Car Sales Programs.
Today, the AutoAdvisor Program remains committed to generating direct loans for its credit union partners. Our mission is to provide a haggle and hassle-free car buying experience for credit union members at a low, competitive price, while insuring that each and every automobile loan remains with the credit union. It is a formula that is tried and true.
From the Founders
"The AutoAdvisors Program has one mission in mind: helping consumers get a fair deal on a new or used vehicle. Since the purchase of a vehicle is one of the largest purchases we make, it's important to make a smart financial decision. We show our customers how to do that."
